Repairs for Life


Although everything at LASH is handmade with care, I understand that things can break, that's why I offer a Hardware* Repair Service on all orders. If some hardware* on your item is broken please get in touch via email so I can organize a repair procedure. Here are some important points to be aware of when engaging in this procedure, please read carefully.  
The customer will have to post their product to the given address that will be sent to them via email and once the product has been examined and repaired here at LASH.

·       This service is for hardware* and production defects.

·       If a product is returned because the material is damaged i.e leather or suede, it shows that the customer has not followed care instructions and their product will not be repaired. 
.      This guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies, extreme wear in leather, and third-party alterations made to the item.

·       All products must be cleaned correctly before returning them for repairs for hygienic reasons.

·       If a product fails the examination test, the customer must pay both postage fees as opposed to one postage fee after being approved for repair.
This guarantee applies to all LASH Fetish Gear items purchased by authorized retailers. Every item is subject to an evaluation upon return.
* Hardware as in Buckles, o-rings, d-rings, studs, snaps. Chains are not included in this guarantee. Chains have a 6-month guarantee where the item after passing the examination could be replaced. After this period, there is no guarantee of repair or replacement.
