Repairs for Life
· The customer will have to post their product to the given address that will be sent to them via email and once the product has been examined and repaired here at LASH, we will cover the return postage costs.
· This service is for hardware only.
· If a product is returned because the material is damaged i.e leather or suede, it shows that the customer has not followed care instructions and their product will not be repaired.
· If a product shows signs of being washed incorrectly it will not be repaired.
· All products must be cleaned correctly before returning them for repairs for hygienic reasons.
· If a product fails the examination test, the customer must pay both postage fees as opposed to one postage fee.
