Shipping and Return Policy
All garments are handmade to order and there is a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order (please use the contact form to do so). Once the grace period passes and garment construction begins, all sales are final.
It is encouraged to pay close attention to the size guides, and to write with any questions you may have before placing your order!
That said, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded as well as any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
I only accept returns in items that are defective or damaged when the client got them and the damage is not cause due to shipping problems. I only accept returns of items when the damage is caused by me (seller). All returns must be made within 4 days of the delivery of your original order. If you want to exchange the item for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com and you will get instructions on were to send the item.
Items cannot be exchanged if the buyer have choosen the wrong size. Please measure yourself accurately in order to choose the right size
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

- International shipments may be subject to import fees, check with your local post office for more information on accepting international shipments.
LASH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
In the event packages are marked “return to sender” customer will be notified and responsible for additional shipping cost
If the situation apply, to return your product send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will get instructions on were to send the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $55, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All garments utilize nickel-plated hardware. If you have a nickel allergy please use the contact form to inquire about hypoallergenic options
